As your voice in Federal Parliament, I am keen to ensure we have access to the best
care services for people with a disability and those living with mental illness
within our electorate.
To properly plan for care services for today and into the future, I need to hear
from members of my electorate who have a family member with a disability or mental
illness. If you or a family member can help by answering my survey questions and
returning your responses to my office, I can build a case for improved funding of
services in Bradfield.
This survey was devised by a panel of carers within the Bradfield electorate, who
assist Dr Nelson to ensure he can best represent the concerns of carers in his electorate.
If you require any assistance in answering this survey or you seek any further information
on access to local care services, don’t hesitate to contact me via my office.
Yours sincerely

DR BRENDAN NELSON MP
Federal Member for Bradfield
